This package is based on when the client wants to do full payment of the property, whereby the client shall be offered a greater discount of 3% – 5.13% on the selected property and the discount shall be charged on the price shown in payment structure two. Therefore, the client shall do a 10% – 20% deposit of the agreed price of the selected property and the company shall handle him a sale agreement contract so that he can proof read it and sign the contract and the remaining balance should be paid within 90 days.
